Merkley, Mrs. Murray, and Mr. Heinrich) submitted an amendment intended 
to be proposed by her to the bill S. 612, to designate the Federal 
building and United States courthouse located at 1300 Victoria Street 
in Laredo, Texas, as the ``George P. Kazen Federal Building and United 
States Courthouse''; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

       Strike subtitle J of title III (relating to California 
     water).
