PRESIDENTIAL ALLOWANCE MODERNIZATION ACT OF 2016--VETO MESSAGE FROM THE 
                     PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES

  Mr. CHAFFETZ. Madam Speaker, notwithstanding the order of the House 
of September 22, 2016, I ask unanimous consent that the veto message of 
the President on the bill, H.R. 1777, together with the accompanying 
bill, be referred to the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform.
  The SPEAKER pro tempore (Ms. McSally). Is there objection to the 
request of the gentleman from Utah?
