                  ORDERS FOR MONDAY, DECEMBER 5, 2016

  Mr. SULLIVAN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the 
Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 3 p.m. on Monday, 
December 5; that following the prayer and pledge, the morning hour be 
deemed expired, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, and the 
time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the day; 
further, that following leader remarks, the Senate resume consideration 
of the House message to accompany H.R. 34; further, that the filing 
deadline for first-degree amendments under rule XXII for the cloture 
motion filed during today's session be 4 p.m., Monday, December 5; 
finally, that the mandatory quorum call under rule XXII with respect to 
the cloture motion be waived.
