Mr. DAINES. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Committee
on Veterans' Affairs be discharged from further consideration of H.R.
5509 and the Senate proceed to its immediate consideration.

Affairs temporary lodging facility in Indianapolis, Indiana,
