Ball, an FCC detailee with the Commerce Committee, be granted floor 
privileges for the duration of the 114th Congress.

  Mr. CARPER. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that Ian Foss, a 
detailee on the HELP Committee, the Health, Education, Labor, and 
Pensions Committee for Senator Murray be granted floor privileges for 
the remainder of today's session.
