           UNANIMOUS CONSENT REQUEST--PRESIDENTIAL NOMINATION

  Mrs. MURRAY. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to executive session and the Banking Committee be discharged 
from further consideration of PN1053, the nomination of John Mark 
McWatters, of Texas, to be a Member of the Board of Directors of the 
Export-Import Bank; that the Senate proceed to its consideration and 
vote without intervening action or debate; that if confirmed, the 
motion to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table with no 
intervening action or debate.
