  SA 5093. Mr. McCAIN submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to 
amendment SA 5082 proposed by Mr. McConnell (for Mr. Cochran) to the 
bill H.R. 5325, making appropriations for the Legislative Branch for 
the fiscal year ending September 30, 2017, and for other purposes; 
which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

       At the end of division C, add the following:
       Sec. ___.  None of the funds made available by this Act 
     shall be used to implement any restriction on motorized 
     boating at Havasu National Wildlife Refuge, Arizona, that is 
     not covered by the memorandum of understanding entitled ``To 
     Facilitate Collaborative Regional Administration of Lake 
     Havasu'' (Bureau of Land Management agreement numbered BLM 
     MOU AZ-2014-13).
