  Mr. ISAKSON. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
Committee on Foreign Relations be authorized to meet during the session 
of the Senate on September 19, 2016, at 5 p.m., to hold a classified 
briefing entitled ``Assessing the Recent North Korea Nuclear Event, 
Missile Tests and Regional Dynamics.''
