  Mr. INHOFE. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Committee 
on Foreign Relations be authorized to meet during the session of the 
Senate on September 12, 2016, at 5 p.m., to hold a classified briefing 
entitled ``The Failed Coup in Turkey and the Future of U.S.-Turkish 
Cooperation.
