ORDERS FOR THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 8, 2016
Mr. PERDUE. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the
Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 9:30 a.m.,
Thursday, September 8; that following the prayer and pledge, the Senate
observe a moment of silence in remembrance of the lives lost in the
attacks of September 11, 2001; further, that the morning hour be deemed
expired, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, and the time
for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the day;
finally, that following leader remarks, the Senate resume consideration
of S. 2848.
