So (two-thirds being in the affirmative) the rules were suspended and
the bill, as amended, was passed.
The result of the vote was announced as above recorded.
A motion to reconsider was laid on the table.
Personal Explanation
Mr. CALVERT. Madam Speaker, on rollcall votes 479 and 480 I was
unable to vote as I was detained in my congressional district to attend
the funeral of a dear friend. Had I been present, I would have voted
``yes'' on rollcall votes 479 and 480.
Personal Explanation
Mr. RUPPERSBERGER. Madam Speaker, I missed the following votes during
leave of absence for medical reasons: ``Yes'' on rollcall 479: HR.R.
5578--Survivors' Bill of Rights Act of 2016. ``Yes'' on rollcall 480:
H.R. 3881--Cooperative Management of Mineral Rights Act of 2016.
