         HOUSING OPPORTUNITY THROUGH MODERNIZATION ACT OF 2016

  Ms. MURKOWSKI. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs be discharged from 
further consideration of H.R. 3700 and the Senate proceed to its 
immediate consideration.

       A bill (H.R. 3700) to provide housing opportunities in the 
     United States through modernization of various housing 
     programs, and for other purposes.
