 MEASURES READ THE FIRST TIME--H.R. 10, H.R. 4465, H.R. 4487, AND H.R. 
                                  4901

  Mr. GRASSLEY. Mr. President, I understand that there are four bills 
that have been received from the House and are at the desk.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The Senator is correct.
  Mr. GRASSLEY. I ask for their first reading en bloc.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will read the bills by title en bloc 
for the first time.
  The legislative clerk read as follows:

       A bill (H.R. 10) to reauthorize the Scholarships for 
     Opportunity and Results Act, and for other purposes.
       A bill (H.R. 4465) to decrease the deficit by consolidating 
     and selling Federal buildings and other civilian real 
     property, and for other purposes.
       A bill (H.R. 4487) to reduce costs of Federal real estate, 
     improve building security, and for other purposes.
       A bill (H.R. 4901) to reauthorize the Scholarships for 
     Opportunity and Results Act, and for other purposes.

  Mr. GRASSLEY. I now ask for a second reading, and I object to my own 
request, all en bloc.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Objection having been heard, the bills will be 
read for the second time on the next legislative day.
