                    ORDERS FOR FRIDAY, JUNE 10, 2016

  Mr. GARDNER. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the 
Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 8:15 a.m., 
Friday, June 10; that following the prayer and pledge, the morning hour 
be deemed expired, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, and 
the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the 
day; further, that following leader remarks, the Senate resume 
consideration of S. 2943; further, that the filing deadline for second-
degree amendments to S. 2943 be at 8:45 a.m. tomorrow; finally, that 
notwithstanding the provisions of rule XXII, the cloture vote with 
respect to S. 2943 occur at 9 a.m. tomorrow.
