CLARIFYING ELIGIBILITY OF LAND MANAGEMENT AGENCY TIME-LIMITED EMPLOYEES
FOR PERMANENT APPOINTMENTS
The SPEAKER pro tempore. The unfinished business is the vote on the
motion to suspend the rules and pass the bill (H.R. 4906) to amend
title 5, United States Code, to clarify the eligibility of employees of
a land management agency in a time-limited appointment to compete for a
permanent appointment at any Federal agency, and for other purposes, on
which the yeas and nays were ordered.
