  Ms. COLLINS. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
Committee on Veterans' Affairs be discharged from further consideration 
of H.R. 2814 and the Senate proceed to its immediate consideration.

       A bill (H.R. 2814) to name the Department of Veterans 
     Affairs community-based outpatient clinic in Sevierville, 
     Tennessee, the Dannie A. Carr Veterans Outpatient Clinic.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
