CONDEMNING THE TERRORIST ATTACKS IN BRUSSELS AND HONORING THE MEMORY OF 
          THE UNITED STATES CITIZENS MURDERED IN THOSE ATTACKS

  Mr. SASSE. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to the consideration of Calendar No. 452, S. Res. 442.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the resolution by title.
  The legislative clerk read as follows:

       A resolution (S. Res. 442) condemning the terrorist attacks 
     in Brussels and honoring the memory of the United States 
     citizens murdered in those attacks, and offering thoughts and 
     prayers for all the victims, condolences to their families, 
     resolve to support the Belgian people, and the pledge to 
     defend democracy and stand in solidarity with the country of 
     Belgium and all our allies in the face of continuing 
     terrorist attacks on freedom and liberty.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the 
resolution.
  Mr. SASSE. I ask unanimous consent that the resolution be agreed to, 
the preamble be agreed to, and the motions to reconsider be considered 
made and laid upon the table with no intervening action or debate.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
