                        COMMENDING BRAD HATCHER

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, Brad Hatcher, who is serving as my 
legislative fellow for defense issues this year, has done a terrific 
job. We are so fortunate to have the military we do have, and he 
exemplifies that.
