  SA 3894. Mr. McCONNELL (for Mrs. Ernst) proposed an amendment to the 
bill H.R. 4336, to amend title 38, United States Code, to provide for 
the burial in Arlington National Cemetery of the cremated remains of 
certain persons whose service has been determined to be active service; 
as follows:

       On page 2, line 1, strike ``burial'' and insert 
     ``inurnment''.
       On page 2, line 8, strike ``that'' and insert ``that,''.
       On page 2, line 11, insert ``above ground'' before 
     ``inurnment''.
