  SA 3850. Mr. ISAKSON (for himself and Mr. Perdue) submitted an 
amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill H.R. 2028, making 
appropriations for energy and water development and related agencies 
for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2016, and for other purposes; 
which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

       At the appropriate place, insert the following:
       Sec. __.  None of the funds made available in this Act may 
     be used to reevaluate or revise any jurisdictional 
     determination for wetland delineations for the Atlantic and 
     Gulf Coast region that was valid as of January 1, 2008, or 
     that has an effective approval date of January 1, 2008, 
     through December 31, 2014.
