 ANNOUNCEMENT BY COMMITTEE ON RULES REGARDING AMENDMENTS TO H.R. 4498, 
                  HELPING ANGELS LEAD OUR STARTUPS ACT

  (Mr. SESSIONS asked and was given permission to address the House for

  Mr. SESSIONS. Mr. Speaker, this morning, the Rules Committee issued 
an announcement outlining the amendment process for H.R. 4498, the 
HALOS Act.
  The amendment deadline has been set for Monday, April 25, at 3 p.m. 
For the text of the bill as reported by the Committee on Financial
