NO HIRES FOR THE DELINQUENT IRS ACT
The SPEAKER pro tempore. The unfinished business is the vote on the
motion to recommit on the bill (H.R. 1206) to prohibit the hiring of
additional Internal Revenue Service employees

until the Secretary of the Treasury certifies that no employee of the
Internal Revenue Service has a seriously delinquent tax debt, offered
by the gentleman from Michigan (Mr. Kildee), on which the yeas and nays
were ordered.
