                      RESOLUTIONS SUBMITTED TODAY

  Mr. SULLIVAN. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
Senate proceed to the en bloc consideration of the following Senate 
resolutions which were submitted earlier today: S. Res. 427, S. Res. 
428, S. Res. 429, and S. Res. 430.
  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the 
resolutions en bloc.
  Mr. SULLIVAN. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
resolutions be agreed to, the preambles be agreed to, and the motions 
to reconsider be laid upon the table en bloc.
