SA 3446. Mr. THUNE (for himself, Mr. Barrasso, and Mr. Tester)
submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to amendment SA 3378
proposed by Mr. Grassley (for himself, Mr. Leahy, Mr. Whitehouse, Mr.
