  SA 3436. Mr. HEINRICH (for himself, Mr. Enzi, and Mr. Warner) 
submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill S. 
524, to authorize the Attorney General to award grants to address the 
national epidemics of prescription opioid abuse and heroin use; which 
was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

       On page 11, line 25, strike ``and''.
       On page 11, after line 25, insert the following:
       (6) rural community health professionals; and
       On page 12, line 1, strike ``(6)'' and insert ``(7)''.
