                ORDERS FOR WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 24, 2016

  Mr. DAINES. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the 
Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 9:30 a.m., 
Wednesday, February 24; that following the prayer and pledge, the 
morning hour be deemed expired, the Journal of proceedings be approved 
to date, and the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use 
later in the day; further, that following leader remarks, and 
notwithstanding the provisions of rule XXII, the Senate resume 
consideration of the Califf nomination postcloture; further, that at 11 
a.m., the Senate vote on confirmation of the Califf nomination; 
further, that if confirmed, the motion to reconsider be considered made 
and laid upon the table, the President be notified of the Senate's 
action, and upon disposition of the nomination, the Senate then resume 
legislative session with no intervening action or debate.
