NATIONAL STRATEGY TO COMBAT TERRORIST TRAVEL ACT OF 2016
The SPEAKER pro tempore. The unfinished business is the vote on the
motion to suspend the rules and pass the bill (H.R. 4408) to require
the development of a national strategy to combat terrorist travel, and
for other purposes, as amended, on which the yeas and nays were
ordered.

The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question is on the motion offered by the
gentleman from New York (Mr. Katko) that the House suspend the rules
and pass the bill, as amended.
