Mr. COTTON. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate
proceed to the immediate consideration of H. Con. Res. 107, which is at
the desk.
The PRESIDENT pro tempore. The clerk will report the concurrent
resolution by title:

A concurrent resolution (H. Con. Res. 107) providing for a
conditional adjournment of the House of Representatives.
There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the
concurrent resolution.
Mr. COTTON. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the
concurrent resolution be agreed to and the motion to reconsider be laid
upon the table with no intervening action or debate.
