    ORDERS FOR MONDAY, JANUARY 4, 2016, AND MONDAY, JANUARY 11, 2016

  Mr. PERDUE. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the 
Senate completes its business today, it stand adjourned pursuant to the 
provisions of H. Con. Res. 104 until January 4, 2016, and pursuant to 
the terms of H.J. Res. 76, and that on January 4, the Senate convene at 
noon for a pro forma session only with no business conducted; further, 
that when the Senate adjourns on January 4, 2016, pursuant to the 
provisions of H. Con. Res. 104, it stand adjourned until 2 p.m., 
Monday, January 11, 2016; that following the prayer and pledge on 
January 11, the morning hour be deemed expired, the Journal of 
proceedings be approved to date, and the time for the two leaders be 
reserved for their use later in the day; further, that following leader 
remarks, the Senate be in a period of morning business, with Senators 
permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each until 5 p.m.
