COAST GUARD AUTHORIZATION ACT OF 2015
Mr. PERDUE. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate
proceed to the immediate consideration of H.R. 4188, which was received
from the House.
The PRESIDENT pro tempore. The clerk will report the bill by title.
The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows:
A bill (H.R. 4188) to authorize appropriations for the
Coast Guard for fiscal years 2016 and 2017, and for other
purposes.
There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
Mr. PERDUE. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Thune
substitute amendment be agreed to and the bill, as amended, be read a
third time.

The amendment (No. 2941) in the nature of a substitute was agreed to.
