  SA 2822. Mr. JOHNSON submitted an amendment intended to be proposed 
to amendment SA 2812 proposed by Ms. Collins (for herself and Mr. Reed) 
to the bill H.R. 2577, making appropriations for the Departments of 
Transportation, and Housing and Urban Development, and related agencies 
for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2016, and for other purposes; 
which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

       At the end of title IV, add the following:
       Sec. ___.  Section 127 of title 23, United States Code (as 
     amended by section 125), is amended by adding at the end the 
     following:
       ``(o) Logging Vehicles in Wisconsin.--No limit or other 
     prohibition under this section, except the limit described in 
     this subsection, shall apply to a vehicle with a gross weight 
     of 98,000 pounds or less if the vehicle is--
       ``(1) transporting raw or unfinished forest product; and
       ``(2) operating on Interstate Route 39 in Wisconsin from 
     mile marker 175.8 to mile marker 189.''.
