ANNOUNCEMENT BY COMMITTEE ON RULES REGARDING AMENDMENT PROCESS FOR H.R. 
    8, NORTH AMERICAN ENERGY SECURITY AND INFRASTRUCTURE ACT OF 2015

  (Mr. SESSIONS asked and was given permission to address the House for

  Mr. SESSIONS. Mr. Speaker, I will be sending around a Dear Colleague 
later this afternoon outlining the amendment process for H.R. 8, the 
North American Energy Security and Infrastructure Act of 2015. The 
amendment deadline will be Tuesday, November 24, 2015, at 12 p.m. 
Amendments should be drafted to the text posted on the Committee on 
Rules Web site. Please feel free to contact me or my staff if we may be 
of further assistance.
