        HEZBOLLAH INTERNATIONAL FINANCING PREVENTION ACT OF 2015

  Mr. DAINES. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Committee 
on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs be discharged from further 
consideration of H.R. 2297 and the Senate proceed to its immediate 
consideration.

       A bill (H.R. 2297) to prevent Hezbollah and associated 
     entities from gaining access to international financial and 
     other institutions, and for other purposes.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
  Mr. DAINES. I ask unanimous consent that the substitute amendment be 
agreed to, the bill, as amended, be read a third time and passed, the 
title amendment be agreed to, and the motions to reconsider be 
considered made and laid upon the table.
