                     Committee on Foreign Relations

  Mr. MORAN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Committee 
on Foreign Relations be authorized to meet during the session of the 
Senate on November 16, 2015, at 5 p.m., to conduct a classified 
briefing entitled ``U.S. Policy Tools to Combat North Korea's Nuclear 
and Ballistic Missile Capabilities.''
