EXECUTIVE CALENDAR
The PRESIDING OFFICER. Under the previous order, the Senate will
proceed to executive session to consider the following nomination,
which the clerk will report.
The legislative clerk read the nomination of Scott Allen, of
Maryland, to be United States Director of the European Bank for
Reconstruction and Development.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. The question is, Will the Senate advise and
consent to the Allen nomination?
