  SA 2767. Mr. HELLER submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by 
him to the bill H.R. 2029, making appropriations for military 
construction, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and related agencies 
for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2016, and for other purposes; 
which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

       At the appropriate place, insert the following:
       Sec. ___.  Of the amounts appropriated or otherwise made 
     available to the Department of Veterans Affairs for the 
     Office of General Counsel, $9,000,000 shall be transferred to 
     the ``Medical Services'' account and shall be used to hire 
     full-time gynecologists at medical centers of the Department 
     of Veterans Affairs to ensure that each such medical center 
     has a full-time gynecologist.
