  SA 2754. Mr. McCONNELL proposed an amendment to amendment SA 2753 
proposed by Mr. McConnell to the amendment SA 2752 proposed by Mr. 
McConnell to the bill H.R. 1314, to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 
1986 to provide for a right to an administrative appeal relating to 
adverse determinations of tax-exempt status of certain organizations; 
as follows:

       Strike ``4'' and insert ``5''.
