EXTENSION OF MORNING BUSINESS
Mr. CORNYN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that morning
business be extended until 8 p.m., with Senators permitted to speak
therein and with the time equally divided in the usual form; further,
that all time during quorum calls be charged equally between both
sides.
