PROVIDING FOR CONSIDERATION OF THE SENATE AMENDMENT TO H.R. 1314,
ENSURING TAX EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS THE RIGHT TO APPEAL ACT
The SPEAKER pro tempore. The unfinished business is the vote on
ordering the previous question on the resolution (H. Res. 495)
providing for consideration of the Senate amendment to the bill (H.R.
1314) to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide for a right
to an administrative appeal relating to adverse determinations of tax-
exempt status of certain organizations, on which the yeas and nays were
ordered.
