MORNING BUSINESS
The PRESIDING OFFICER. Under the previous order, the Senate will be
in a period of morning business until 10:45 a.m., with the time equally
divided between the two leaders or their designees, with Senators
permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each.
Mr. DURBIN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that during this
period, any time in a quorum call be equally divided between both sides
before the vote.
