  SA 2708. Mr. BOOKER submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by 
him to the concurrent resolution S. Con. Res. 21, authorizing the use 
of Emancipation Hall in the Capitol Visitor Center for a ceremony to 
commemorate the 150th Anniversary of the ratification of the 13th 
Amendment; which was referred to the Committee on Rules and 
Administration; as follows:

       On page 1, lines 8 and 9, strike ``July 8'' and insert 
     ``December 8''.
