WOMEN'S PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT
The SPEAKER pro tempore. The unfinished business is the vote on the
motion to recommit on the bill (H.R. 3495) to amend title XIX of the
Social Security Act to allow for greater State flexibility with respect
to excluding providers who are involved in abortions, offered by the
gentlewoman from Arizona (Ms. Sinema), on which the yeas and nays were
ordered.
