ORDERS FOR THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 10, 2015
Mrs. FISCHER. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the
Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 9:30 a.m.,
Thursday, September 10; that following the prayer and pledge, the
morning hour be deemed expired, the Journal of proceedings be approved
to date, and the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use
later in the day; that following leader remarks, the Senate resume
consideration of H.J. Res. 61, with the time equally divided until 4:30
p.m.; further, that the debate be structured with alternating 1-hour
blocks controlled by the two leaders or their designees until 4 p.m.,
and that the majority control the first hour, starting at 10 a.m.
