  Mr. McCONNELL. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that, as in 
executive session, the nomination of Michael Herman Michaud, of Maine, 
to be Assistant Secretary of Labor for Veterans' Employment and 
Training, sent to the Senate by the President, be referred jointly to 
the HELP and Veterans' Affairs Committees.
