                      NUCLEAR AGREEMENT WITH IRAN

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I agree with the Republican leader that we 
should work to come up with a way of proceeding in a dignified manner 
to this most important piece of legislation. Certainly, I would lend my 
efforts to try to get that done. It is easier said than done, with the 
feelings on both sides of the aisle on this issue and other issues.
