                DHS IT DUPLICATION REDUCTION ACT OF 2015

  Mr. SULLIVAN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs be discharged 
from further consideration of H.R. 1626 and the Senate proceed to its 
immediate consideration.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  The clerk will report the bill by title.
  The legislative clerk read as follows:

       A bill (H.R. 1626) to reduce duplication of information 
     technology at the Department of Homeland Security, and for 
     other purposes.
