MORNING BUSINESS
The PRESIDING OFFICER. Under the previous order, the Senate will be
in a period of morning business, with Senators permitted to speak
therein for up to 10 minutes each until 12:30 p.m., with the time
equally divided in the usual form.
Mr. REID. I suggest the absence of a quorum, and I ask unanimous
consent that the time be divided equally.
