                  ORDERS FOR WEDNESDAY, JULY 15, 2015

  Mr. ALEXANDER. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the 
Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 9:30 a.m., 
Wednesday, July 15; that following the prayer and pledge, the morning 
hour be deemed expired, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, 
and the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the 
day; that following leader remarks, the Senate resume consideration of 
S. 1177, with the time until the cloture vote equally divided in the 
usual form; finally, that the filing deadline for all second-degree 
amendments to the substitute amendment No. 2089 and the underlying 
bill, S. 1177, be at 10 a.m. tomorrow.
