                      Vote on Neffenger Nomination

  The question occurs on the Neffenger nomination.
  Mr. PAUL. Mr. President, I ask for the yeas and nays.

  The question is, Will the Senate advise and consent to the nomination 
of Peter V. Neffenger, of Ohio, to be an Assistant Secretary of 
Homeland Security?
