The SPEAKER pro tempore. The unfinished business is the vote on the
motion to suspend the rules and pass the bill (H.R. 2559) to designate
the ``PFC Milton A. Lee Medal of Honor Memorial Highway'' in the State
of Texas, on which the yeas and nays were ordered.

Ms. SEWELL of Alabama. Mr. Speaker, during the votes on H. Res. 233
and H.R. 2559, I was inescapably detained and away handling important
matters related to my District and the State of Alabama. If I had been
present I would have voted ``yes'' on both of the aforementioned bills.
